The T-shaped setting is embellished with clusters of varied silver beads and meticulous embossed granulation. This architectural frame is designed to support a substantial archaeological artifact while maintaining a balanced, contemporary aesthetic. The wide bail ensures the piece hangs with stability and presence.

The centerpiece is a large spherical bead of opaque black glass, intricately decorated with translucent blue "eye" motifs encased in white borders. Crafted in the Middle East between the 8th and 9th centuries AD, such beads were historically valued as protective talismans. The contrast between the deep black glass and the vivid blue eyes remains striking after more than a millennium.

Dimensions: Total length – 50 mm. The bail has a width of 20 mm and an internal diameter of approximately 5 mm. Please note: the chain shown in images is for display purposes only and is not included.

Materials: 24k gold-plated sterling silver (925), authentic 8th–9th century mosaic glass bead.

This is a one-of-a-kind piece; no replicas will be produced.
